Human Rights that were violated in the Guatemalan Genocide were: Article 2 (everyone's entitled to all rights/freedoms no matter what kind of status they have), Article 3 (everyone has a right to live, have liberty, and have security), and Article 5 (no one will be tortured or have cruel treatment/discipline).
